Delete your Leo account

How it works

1. Submit the form below, or email support@leo.app with your phone number and Leo ID.
2. We verify that the request comes from the account holder. We may send an OTP SMS to the phone on the account.
3. After verification we close the account. Personal data we no longer need is deleted or de-identified within 30 days, often sooner.

What we delete

• Your account, phone sign-in, Leo ID, profile name, photo, bio, and similar profile fields.
• Follow / block lists tied to your account, device session, and push tokens.
• Content you posted that is still only yours to remove (for example your clips and remaining stories).

What we may keep

• Payment, recharge, and dispute records required for tax, refund, or store reviews.
• Safety, ban, report, and fraud records needed to stop repeat abuse.
• Messages, gifts, and ranking history already delivered to other users. Those copies are not reversed. Unused diamonds are forfeited and are not paid out as cash.

This opens your email app with a message to support@leo.app. If nothing opens, email us directly with the same details.
